My auto service center wants to put a different size tire on my car, is that O.K. to do?

In most cases you should not change the tire size on you car, if your car is a latter model it is most important that you keep the size tire your car came with. The transmission and fuel injection take in information about tire size and m.p.h. to control shifting and engine operation. Changing tire size can cause problems in these areas. The tire size your car came with will be posted on the door post of your car.

You may need a wheel alignment, but that won’t fix a 65 M.P.H. shake. Alignment will have to do with how well your tires are wearing and if your car pulls left or right.  A 65 M.P.H. shake will most likely be caused by a bad tire or tire balance, if it has been a while since you had your tires rotated and balanced that would be the first thing to try.

Wile it’s true if one window regulator breaks the others may be on their way it’s not necessarily going to happen that way. Each door has its own window regulator and motor they are in no way hooked to each other. So don’t panic most likely you will not be repairing all the windows.

There are many lawsuits out there for tire failures after being plugged. one of the most important things is when we patch the tire we can inspect the inside for damage, which can occur when the tire is run low on air it may look completely fine on the outside but be ready to fail on the inside.
