Why do I have so much vibration in my car when idling at a light?

This can be caused by a number of things, a poor running engine with a miss fire, a bad idle control system, but the most common would be bad engine mounts, as the mounts go bad you begin to feel the normal engine vibration coming through the chassis. It’s not good to leave this go as other parts under the hood begin to vibrate and can become damaged. The mounts will have to be replaced to stop the vibration.
