Do I need to reface the brake rotors when I have a brake job done?

As a shop owner I will always tell you to reface or replace the brake rotors when doing a brake job, the old glazed  finish on the rotor will not allow the new brake pads to seat and work the best that they can, and I want your brakes to work 100% not  90% also many time if the rotors are not refaced you can end up with noise wile stopping , to fix that you will need to have the rotors refaced, so do it right the first time, and drive with confidence that the brakes are working like new.
